Notes app of Vivid Dreams
Entry #2
Hi Blog! Today I find my inspiration from dreams I still remember. My whole life I have had very vivid lucid dreams, I still remember many from childhood and think about them often. Sometimes I feel more real in my sleep than I do when awake. The images of the dream often leave me feeling confused but I always seem to understand the emotion evoked. Trusting them has always been a very personal and spiritual thing for me and writing them down has always been a little hobby of mine. Here’s a few old ones I read today and smiled :)
The Sun Exploded
I dreamt of a really big sun
buying a whole pomegranate
chia seeds growing in water
and my mother
and the end
but the acceptance of it
the sun got big
and there was a great beauty in the blazing sky
and my father held my hand
and things were okay
and I was excited to do something new
Dinner in the Donegal Bog
I dreamt of seals swimming away from whales
and a swing in an empty bog filled field
and dinner invites I wanted to decline
and a near plane crash
I recognized this place as the home of my father
where I used to ride a horse named Texas
met by an epiphany that nothing is real
Salt Hugs
I had a dream I was a mermaid
and the depths of the ocean weren’t a cold and dark, glooming place
It was like a constant hug of all consuming salt
And I just swam away
From everything I thought I should know
Meet the locals: Luna handmade creations
Good News! Studio Spa by Madeline is now a proud retail partner of Luna Handmade Creations.
Lindy Croft is the creative force behind Luna Handmade Creations, a Charleston-based jewelry and lifestyle brand inspired by the coast. Her pieces feature seashells, pearls, gemstones, and natural textures that reflect the beauty of the Lowcountry. Beyond her love for design, Lindy treasures her roles as a wife, mom to a spirited toddler, and active member of the local community. Whether she’s setting up at markets, partnering with local boutiques, or crafting at her home studio, she pours her heart into creating pieces that bring a touch of coastal charm and connection to everyday life.
I met Lindy at my first Boulevard Bazaar Market at Storehouse Nine. I was instantly drawn to her market set up. Her beautiful work is a great reflection of her contagious, vibrant energy. I was so happy when she said yes to partnering with me. I know that just like me, my clients love seeing her jewelry when they walk in the spa. My favorite part of her work is how colorful, funky and yet wearable each piece is. Color has always been my favorite component of art and design so I’m always thrilled to meet others that appreciate it too.

Entry 1
Blog! I’m excited to be writing my first entry here from my office away from the spa, Huriyali cafe. As I navigate this new adventure, of course, there are moments of fear. Yet somehow I cant help but feel lucky every time I catch my mind wondering to a place of anxiety. I think this is because I know my fear means that there’s something to lose. A feeling I have always craved. A few years ago I was sitting in this exact spot with no idea what I wanted to do and I dreamed of the day I would have something of my own. A space to be creative and unapologetically myself, no boss telling me how to act or what to wear. The pressure to make it happen, the mind set “it will work because it has to work.”
Falling into this path has been so much more than a job, it has allowed me to meet some of the coolest people imaginable. I have been given so much space to explore and time to pivot down different paths, this has been because of my family, my friends, my teachers, strangers and of course all the places I’ve seen. It’s my belief that just like people, places have spirit too. That when you visit somewhere new, that spirit embeds into you. When I think of all the spots I’ve been so lucky to see I feel the need to thank them for today. When I try to express my gratitude for all these people and places, I am always left with the same feeling of there just are no words that could ever capture it.
Above all else, I want this space to bring peace to everyone who visits. I want serenity for myself and everyone who steps into the studio. This circuit of course must begin in myself. Below is a list of my latest habits and rituals I have found clear my head.

Being Sober
Eating Edamame
